Zip Certified Installation

Access our national fleet of certified installation experts to install your HydroTap in residential and commercial locations.

1. A 5 year comprehensive parts and labour warranty applies to Residential Zip HydroTap G5 models only with effective installation date from 1 March 2026. If Zip HydroTap is installed without a Zip Certified Installation, a 3-year parts and labour and 5-year tank warranty applies.

2. Service is available within 70km of Australian metro areas, only where suitable power and water are available within 1 metre of the install. Installation includes stone cutting for tap and/or font installs but excludes fixture cutting and major plumbing modifications. Fonts must be purchased separately.

3. Zip HydroTap is guaranteed to be installed correctly by a Zip Certified Installer, and all products include a 12-month installation warranty for workmanship.

4. The warranty is effective from date of installation.

5. Applies to Zip HydroTap G5 For Home models used in accordance with T&Cs for Residential use only and installed in a place of residence.
