Yes! Our engineers are installation experts and experienced in handling all aspects of HydroTap.

How much does it cost?

Premium installation is $499, which includes stone cutting for tap and/or font installs.

(Our service is available within 70 kilometres of Australian metro areas, only where suitable power and water are available within 1 metre of the install. Installation includes stone cutting for tap and/or font installs but excludes fixture cutting and major plumbing modifications).

How do I book Zip HydroTap certified installation?

You can book here or simply add Zip HydroTap certified installation to your order when purchasing from your nearest retailer.

Is Zip HydroTap certified installation only available if I purchase from a store?

Zip HydroTap certified installation is available for purchase from your nearest retailer. If you bought HydroTap in-store without adding installation, you can purchase it online here.

Any HydroTap purchases from zipwater.com can add installation at checkout. 

Is Zip HydroTap installation available for residential or commercial properties?

Both! Zip HydroTap certified installation is available for residential and commercial HydroTap products and locations.

How long does installation take?

Zip HydroTap certified installation can take up to two hours. But the service technician can inform you of their progress while on-site.

What is included with installation?

Zip HydroTap certified installation includes stone cutting for tap and/or font installs.

Will there be any other charges?

When you book a certified installation, you’ll pay one all-inclusive fee. However, this fee does exclude cutting of fixtures and major plumbing modifications. 

Who will install my Zip HydroTap?

When you book a Zip certified installation, one of more than 100 Zip engineers will be on-hand to install your new tap.

Does Zip guarantee the quality of service? 

Our install team are certified, qualified, and licensed to carry out all aspects of maintenance and care for HydroTap. 

Your HydroTap is guaranteed to be installed correctly by one of our engineers and all products installed by us include a 12-month installation warranty for workmanship.
