Note: All prices exclusive of GST.

Please be aware that charges apply for service calls that are not covered by warranty. You can view our warranty policy HERE. Parts and Labour charges will apply for consumables such as filters and CO2 cartridges.

Important information

• Please be available on the day of attendance to ensure your Zip product can be accessed for service.
• Your Zip technician may require up to 1 hour to repair a unit. 
• Ensure that your Zip product is clear of any obstructions ie bottles and bags. 
• Advise employees/occupants that the area around the Zip product being repaired cannot be accessed while a technician is in the vicinity for Workplace Health and Safety reasons. 
• All pets at the site of our technician’s attendance will need to be secured for Workplace Health and Safety reasons. 
• In the event that service cannot be conducted, Zip have the right to decline the service if reasonable to do so. 
• To ensure your Zip needs are catered to, Zip may use 3rd party contractors to complete your service call.
