Honey I Dew

Serves 2

Ingredients

½ ripe honeydew melon, peeled and seeds removed

2 tsp cocktail almond orgeat syrup

180ml Zip sparkling water

Method

Use a melon baller and scoop out six balls for garnish. Skewer the melon with cocktail skewers.

Blend the remaining melon in a blender and pass through a strainer. You should have about 1.5 cups of honeydew juice. 

Add almond orgeat syrup, stir and pour over ice into glasses.

Top with Zip sparkling water. Garnish with the melon ball skewer.

 

Mexican Agua de Fresca

Serves 2

Ingredients

400g watermelon, cut into cubes

2 tbsp agave syrup

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp non-alcoholic agave spirit

300ml Zip sparkling water

salt for the glass rim

watermelon wedges to garnish

Method

To salt the rim of the glass, run a cut lemon over the rim, and roll or dip the rim of the glass in salt.

Place in a blender the watermelon, syrup and juice and agave spirit.

Blend until smooth, pour into a serving jug and add Zip sparkling water, stir well.

Pour into the glasses with ice and serve with a watermelon wedge.
