Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. Zip sales and service are available Australia wide and can assist in all product and service needs, should your product require service please contact us direct to ensure your product is repaired to the highest standard.  A restocking fee of 20% of value will be charged on all returned goods except by prior arrangement. Freight on returned goods must be borne by the sender except by prior arrangement.
