Free Installation offer only available on new orders of qualifying Residential HydroTap G5 models purchased from Harvey Norman stores between 01.09.26 and 31.12.26 (Promotional Period) for individual residential use and installation.
Payment must be made in full during the Zip HydroTap Promotional Period, with proof of purchase evidencing payment during the Promotional Period required to claim.
Zip Water may reject a claim in its discretion if the appropriate proof of purchase is not provided.
This promotional offer is available to Lendlease employees only. This promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
The Promotion claim must be registered at https://zipwater.com/promotions/free-installation/lendlease-sep26 by 31st December 2026. Claims submitted after that date will not be processed and will not be eligible for the Free Installation offer. The customer is responsible for claiming the bonus installation. Zip Water will not be responsible for any failure by the customer to claim the Promotion offer by 31st December 2026.
Offer available in Australian metro areas only or within 70 kilometres of an Australian metro area where suitable power and water are available within 1 metre of the installation location.
Installation must take place by the earlier of (1) 12 months of the date of purchase and (2) 31st December 2027, and must be installed by a Zip Water authorised installer, as nominated by Zip Water.
Free Installation includes stone cutting for tap (excludes porcelain) and/or font installation, but excludes cutting of fixtures or major plumbing modifications which shall be at the customer’s cost.
Promotion only valid for individual residential customers and excludes multi-unit development projects and any commercial orders.
This promotion is only applicable for Residential G5 HydroTap models, being Classic Plus, Arc Plus, Cube Plus, Elite Plus, Celsius Plus All-In-One. This promotion does not include the following products: Celsius Plus All-In-One Pull-Out, Miniboil, Chill Tap, Filter Tap, 3-Way Filtered Mixer Tap, Mixer Tap.

The total 5-year warranty provided with purchase is activated from the date of HydroTap installation when installed with a Zip Certified Installation*.
