Free Installation offer only available on new orders of qualifying Residential Zip HydroTap G5 models placed between 09.09.26 and 30.09.26 (Promotional Period) for individual residential use and installation.
Offer available in Australia with purchases from e&s participating stores and e&s online only.
Not avilable in conjunction with any other promotion, offer or discount.
Payment must be made in full during the Zip HydroTap Promotional Period, with proof of purchase evidencing payment during the Promotional Period required to claim. Zip Water may reject a claim in its discretion if the appropriate proof of purchase is not provided.
The Promotion claim must be registered using the form set out above by 30 October 2026. Claims submitted after that date will not be processed and will not be eligible for the Free Installation offer.
The customer is responsible for claiming the bonus installation. Zip Water will not be responsible for any failure by the customer to claim the Promotion offer by 30 October 2026.
Offer available in Australian metro areas only or within 70 kilometres of an Australian metro area where suitable power and water are available within 1 metre of the installation location.
Installation must take place by the earlier of (1) 12 months of the date of purchase and (2) 30th September 2027, and must be installed by a Zip Water authorised installer, as nominated by Zip Water.
Free Installation includes stone cutting for tap (excludes porcelain) and/or font installation, but excludes cutting of fixtures or major plumbing modifications which shall be at the customer’s cost.
Only valid for individual residential customers and excludes multi-unit development projects and any commercial orders.
This promotion is only applicable for qualifying Residential Zip HydroTap G5 models, being Classic Plus, Arc Plus, Cube Plus, Elite Plus, Celsius Plus All-In-One. This promotion does not include the following products: Zip HydroTap Celsius Plus All-In-One Pull-Out, Zip HydroTap Miniboil. As part of the purchase of the Zip HydroTap Celsius Plus All-In-One Pull-Out, customers are entitled to redeem complimentary certified installation by Zip Water - visit zipwater.com for more information of this separate promotional offer.
The total 5-year warranty provided with purchase is activated from the date of HydroTap installation when installed with a Zip Certified Installation (See Zip warranty terms and conditions).
