• During the Promotional Period, eligible customers will be able to claim a $500 cashback and register their eligible purchase for a free installation and qualify for a 5-year comprehensive warranty.
• The Promotion limits two claims per customer.
• The Promotion excludes purchases of Miniboil, Chill Tap, Filter Tap, 3-Way Filtered Mixer Tap, Mixer Tap, Zip Micro, or Touch-Free Wave.
• The Promotion excludes commercial orders (i.e. orders to businesses or for business purposes (including projects).
• Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions or offers by Zip Water.
• Purchases must be made within the Promotional Period by paying the full purchase price.
• The Promotion claim must be registered by 31 January 2027. Registration submitted after that date will not be processed.
• In order to claim the Promotion, customers must supply their contact details, proof of purchase, proof of payment, and a valid serial number of the HydroTap purchased.
• A serial number is required to claim cashback. However, customers may register their claim on the promotion page prior to receiving the serial number.
• Once the HydroTap has been installed and delivered, customers must then complete the claim by providing the serial number to our promotions team via email at promotions@zipwater.com or by calling 1800 947 827. This step must be completed by 1 December 2027, allowing sufficient time for installation. Claims not completed before 1 December 2027 will not be processed.

Zip HydroTap Free Installation Plus 5-year Warranty Terms & Conditions
• Free Installation offer only available on the purchase of eligible New Zip Residential Boiling Chilled and Sparkling HydroTap in Australia from 1 November 2026 to 1 December 2026 (Promotional Period) for individual residential use and installation.
• Payment must be made in full during the Zip HydroTap Promotional Period, with proof of purchase evidencing payment during the Promotional Period required to claim. Zip Water may reject a claim in its discretion if the appropriate proof of purchase is not provided.
• The Promotion claim must be registered using the QR code or hyperlinks set out above by 31 January 2027. Claims submitted after that date will not be processed and will not be eligible for the Free Installation offer.
• The customer is responsible for claiming the bonus installation. Zip Water will not be responsible for any failure by the customer to claim the Promotion offer by 31 January 2027.
• Offer available in Australian metro areas only or within 70 kilometres of an Australian metro area where suitable power and water are available within 1 metre of the installation location.
• Installation must take place by the earlier of (1) 12 months of the date of purchase and (2) 1st December 2027, and must be installed by a Zip Water authorised installer, as nominated by Zip Water.
• Free Installation includes stone cutting for tap (excludes porcelain) and/or font installation, but excludes cutting of fixtures or major plumbing modifications which shall be at the customer’s cost.
• Only valid for individual residential customers and excludes multi-unit development projects and any commercial orders.
• This promotion is only applicable for qualifying New Zip Residential Boiling Chilled and Sparkling HydroTap models, being H55783, H5L783, H5C783, H5E783 and H5M783. This promotion does not include the following products: Zip HydroTap Celsius Plus All-In-One Pull-Out, Zip HydroTap Miniboil. As part of the purchase of the Zip HydroTap Celsius Plus All-In-One Pull-Out, customers are entitled to redeem complimentary certified installation by Zip Water - visit zipwater.com for more information of this separate promotional offer.
• The total 5-year warranty provided with purchase is activated from the date of HydroTap installation when installed with a Zip Certified Installation (See Zip warranty terms and conditions).
