Zip Water Announces Key Leadership Changes Across APAC and International Markets

Zip Water, part of the Culligan Group, is pleased to announce key leadership appointments that will position the business for continued growth and global alignment across its APAC and international operations.

John Doumani, President of Culligan APAC and Zip International, has officially stepped down from his current executive role. John has played an instrumental role in leading the growth and transformation of the business over the past decade, with a legacy defined by strategic expansion, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

While retiring from day-to-day operations, John will remain closely involved with the business as he assumes the role of Chairman of Zip Global. In this new advisory capacity, John will focus on aligning and championing the Zip opportunity across Culligan’s global network, continuing to report to the President & Group CEO.

In line with this transition, Mike Abbott has been promoted to President of Culligan ANZ and Zip International. Mike, who has led Zip Water ANZ as Managing Director since 2022, will now expand his leadership to include Culligan Australia and Zip UK. Since joining the business in 2020 as Marketing and Strategy Director for Zip ANZ, Mike has driven strategic growth and achieved strong commercial results. His appointment reflects his outstanding leadership, strategic vision, and significant contributions over the past five years.
