Promotion only available on the purchase of eligible New Zip Residential G5 HydroTap in Australia from 26th December 2024 to 31st January 2025 (Promotional Period).

During the Promotional Period, eligible customers will be able to claim a cashback^. The cashback amount is dependent on the model purchased.
** $300 cashback amount applies to models H55783, H5L783, H5C783, H5E783, H57783, H5M783, H5X783.
*** $200 cashback amount applies to models H55787, H5L787, H5C787, H5E787, H58787, H55784, H5L784, H5C784, H5E784, H57784, H5M784, H5X784.
**** $100 cashback amount applies to models H55785, H5L785, H5C785, H5E785, H55786, H5L786, H5C786, H5E786, H58786, H55788, H5L788, H5C788, H5E788, H58788.

The Promotion limits two claims per customer.

The Promotion excludes purchases of Miniboil, Chill Tap, Filter Tap, 3-Way Filtered Mixer Tap, Mixer Tap, Zip Micro, or Touch-Free Wave.

The Promotion excludes commercial orders (i.e. orders to businesses or for business purposes (including projects).

Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions or offers by Zip Water.

Purchases must be made within the Promotional Period by paying the full purchase price.

In order to claim the Promotion, customers must supply their contact details, proof of purchase, proof of payment, and a valid serial number of the HydroTap purchased.

The Promotion must be claimed no later than 30th April 2025. Any claims submitted after 30th April will not be processed.

^Promotional cashback will be issued with Digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard® via SMS. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard® are not included. The digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard must be activated within two months of issue and is valid for 12 months after activation. At the expiry of the Digital Vault Pays-enabled Mastercard, any unused balance will be forfeited. Eligible Customers will not receive notice prior to expiry.
